Binding Agreement
By accessing the InsightAuralyx portal at insightauralyx.digital, you enter into a legally binding contract with InsightAuralyx. These terms govern your use of our digital environment, including all research modules, insight analytics dashboards, and consulting resources.
If you are using these services on behalf of a corporation or entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these conditions. If you do not agree to the entirety of this document, you must cease use of the site immediately.
Scope of Insight Analytics
InsightAuralyx provides data-driven research and strategic consulting. While we aim for the highest degree of accuracy in our reporting, our analytics are based on available data sets which are subject to external market fluctuations.
Technical Access
We provide the technical infrastructure and methodology frameworks for processing market data into actionable intelligence.
Decision Support
Our outputs are intended as decision-support tools. The final implementation of any strategy remains the responsibility of the client.
Ownership of Intellectual Assets
All proprietary methodology, software, algorithms, and interface designs present on this site are the exclusive property of InsightAuralyx. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to view and interact with the content for the duration of their active engagement.
Redistribution, reverse engineering, or unauthorized extraction of our insight analytics models is strictly prohibited. Any violation of these intellectual property rights may result in immediate termination of access and legal action.
Acceptable Use Stance
In utilizing our research hub, you agree not to:
- Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to harvest data from the analytics platform.
- Circumvent security protocols or attempt to gain unauthorized access to administrative servers.
- Transmit malware or any code of a destructive nature.
- Use the platform to conduct illicit intelligence activities or industrial espionage.
Limitations and Risk
InsightAuralyx provides research and analytics on an "as-available" basis. While we maintain rigorous data validation standards, we do not warrant that the information will be error-free or that the processing will be uninterrupted.
InsightAuralyx shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profit, business interruption, or data corruption.
